All tenants of G.C.ENTERPRISE are required to carry and maintain Tenants’™ Insurance throughout the entire term of their tenancy.

New tenants are required to provide written confirmation of their coverage prior to receiving the keys to their new apartment. We require liability insurance coverage of at least $1 million. The amount of contents coverage is entirely up to the tenant.

If you request it, your insurancecarrier can often e-mail or fax confirmation directly to our office.

Students whose parents carry a Home Owners’™ Policy are often covered under their parents’™ policy while they are a full time student and living away from home. Written confirmation of the extension of the parents’™ policy is required for each student.

Insurance companies often require information about the apartment building. Please call or e-mail the office and we will provide any required information.

Tenants’™ insurance packages can be purchased from most banks (check on your on-line home page) or directly from any agent. We would be happy to provide referrals if needed.
