Living at 227 Laurier Ave. East was an amazing experience. I went to school at the health sciences campus, and throughout the city for multiple hospitals, and found it easy to commute. The apartment it self is a wonderful space that I got to call home for four years. George, as a landlord is amazing. Very accommodating, respectful and helpful with tenant needs. If we needed anything he responded immediately and had things fixed very timely, and respectively. I could not pick a better place for my undergrad. And though leaving, not by choice, but of change in life events for my roommate and I. Although we were lucky enough to live here and enjoy every minute, I hope the next enjoy it as much as I did.

"Living at 227 Laurier was a great time! The apartment was reasonably priced for its ultra-convenient location, literally a block away from the uOttawa campus and less than 10 mins from the downtown Loblaw’s. George was an excellent landlord, very accommodating and friendly, and always made sure the building was well kept. Any problems we had with the apartment were fixed very promptly, and repairs were followed up on to make sure they were holding up. I had a great experience here, and would 100% recommend this property to anyone looking for a convenient and close location near the University or downtown."
